Best sushi for the price (Yorkville location without the Yorkville prices). Everything is always fresh, service is awesome and attentive.
Close to the Varsity for dinner and a movie date night and you won't be waiting forever to eat, so it's a very reliable spot. -

Certainly nothing special.
As others have mentioned, this is mediocre sushi at best. Utterly flavorless nigiri. I ordered the large combination (called Premium? I think), so I tried about 15 different pieces.
Location can't be beat in the middle of Yorkville's posh boutiques. It's unfortunate that the food doesn't match up with the location. -

The sushi is mediocre quality. Its decently priced and a good spot near work if you're craving sushi.
The sushi inn combo comes with a lot of food - teriyaki chicken, dumplings, tempura shrimp and veggies, rice, salad, miso soup, 3 salmon rolls and 3 cucumber rolls. The food is average, the best thing I'm the box is the dumplings and the tempura. -

Run of the mill sushi.
Sushi is fresh which is good. Service is ok and they are slammed at lunch.
Prices are fair for the area. Considering most of the other restaurants in the area tend to be fancier.
Safe choice for the area. -

Came here on a Thursday for lunch. Service was good and quick. We ordered and ate within 30 minutes. Place is small and was busy. Being lunch time and downtown. Currently there is a lot of construction in the area with part of the sidewalk on Cumberland closed. I had found this place on the web looking for a place to have lunch. We were intrigued as there were some pictures on the website of sushi without rice. We were disappointed when there were only 2 listed on the menu. One was wrapped in cucumber the other wrapped in salmon. We ordered the salmon one ... named sushi inn salmon salad. The salad was below average, came with a mound of shredded carrots ... salad does not come with any dressing. So if you like dressing with your salad this would disappoint. We also ordered the ramen. The ramen had the egg however was very salty ... actually too salty for our taste. The food is below average however the prices are reasonable and service was quick so it's a good option if your under time constraints.
